Nondiscrimination Policy

Policy Statement:

The American Society of Podiatric Surgeons (ASPS) is committed to providing an inclusive and diverse educational environment for all participants in its educational programs and activities. Scope:

This Nondiscrimination Policy applies to all educational programs, activities, and events organized or sponsored by ASPS, including but not limited to conferences, seminars, workshops, webinars, and online courses.

Participants who believe they have experienced discrimination or harassment in violation of this policy are encouraged to report the incident promptly to the ASPS office. Reports will be handled promptly, discreetly, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Consequences for Violation:

ASPS will take appropriate corrective action in response to any violation of this Nondiscrimination Policy. Such action may include, but is not limited to, warning, removal from the educational program, and/or reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Review and Modification:

ASPS regularly reviews and, if necessary, updates this Nondiscrimination Policy to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
